"Outstanding Service – A Truly Human Experience with Larry York My wife and I have been handling our car and home insurance needs through automated systems for years—comparing quotes online, managing policies through apps, and only speaking with someone when we absolutely had to (usually after an accident, which thankfully wasn’t often). It always felt like a cold, distant process, and we never really expected more—until we met Larry York. Larry reached out after I submitted a quote request through Costco’s insurance portal. I’ll admit, I wasn’t answering calls at first, but what stood out immediately was Larry’s patience and kindness. He even texted me saying he was close to giving up—yet he did so with such a respectful and friendly tone that I genuinely appreciated it.
